The website has a lot of information about heart-training, why it works and what we are training our heart about. But, the heart-training itself is only available in ebook form. I love the simplicity and honesty of your approach. I am beginning to sense freedom and joy in Christ that has been absent from my life for many, many years. I realise that my depression has been a result of my legitimate and God given need to drink from him constantly, and this need can’t be satisfied by earthly sources. I have tended to see myself as a somewhat needy, insecure person and that would discourage me. As a result I would feel quite helpless and depression would follow. This was obviously a significant factor in my marriage disintegration. I now realise that I am designed by God to depend on his presence and that it is quite normal to feel insecure when I am not. I feel like you have given me some practical keys that have enabled me to learn to drink from God and really be satisfied. I feel that there is so much to learn and I am excited about that.
